CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES

StopDayTradingClub Membership

StopDayTradingClub membership is a monthly or annual fee that unlocks access to the platform, which consists of several areas and utilities that vary over time but can be grouped as follows:

  • Data: In this section we have query tools for the community on financial data.
    • Interactive Reports: Exclusive access to interactive reports of various financial data processed daily with various filters and algorithms proprietary to StopDayTradingClub.
    • Data Dashboards: Exclusive access to interactive representation of various financial data collected on a daily basis for use by the community.
  • Forum: Private topics and conversations that can only be participated in and read by members.
  • Documentation: Access to the premium part of courses, guides and studies private and only accessible from the StopDayTradingClub. This documentation is produced by StopDayTradingClub and is therefore the exclusive intellectual property of StopDayTradingClub.
  • Mentoring: Possibility, in the future, to arrange individual or group mentoring with club administrators.
  • Streamings: Access to streaming viewing platform with club administrators to share information directly and bi-directionally with club members on an exclusive basis.
  • Support: Possibility to contact privately with the Club administrators in case of special problems. In addition, for quick questions that can be answered by the community, a telegram channel will be set up for all members or a similar online chat.
  • Account: access to account details to modify or cancel subscription.

PRICE

The net price of the membership is the price agreed when you sign up for the service, as this subscription price may go up over time, depending on when you sign up.

This price includes taxes and possible commissions from the payment gateways used by the StopDayTradingClub.

The current price for new subscriptions is 10 euros per month for a monthly subscription or 100 euros per year for an annual subscription.

This price may be temporarily altered by promotions and/or advertising campaigns.

RETURNS and WITHDRAWALS

No refunds are allowed as the price covers access to tools and community that once accessed, the use of these tools is irrevocable, or their revocability is not verifiable.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

At the StopDayTradingClub you can make payments by credit/debit card securely via Stripe and via paypal.

Payments made in the StopDayTradingClub are recurring. In other words, they will be repeated automatically after the chosen period. This payment is always made on the same day of the month as the monthly subscription and on the same day of the year for the annual subscription.

For payment by credit or debit card, the StopDayTradingClub uses the online payment gateway Stripe, whose company name is Stripe, Inc. and whose details are available at: https://stripe.com/

Visa and Mastercard will be accepted.

Gateway banking fees are included in the price, any extra charges from the member’s bank will not be the responsibility of StopDayTradingClub.

PayPal payments are handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. which is part of PayPal Inc. and is located in California, USA.

SERVICE DELIVERY and CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Automatically, upon receipt of payment, the customer will have full access to the platform.

Cancellation: Cancellation of the service must be made by the StopDayTradingClub client, at the url stopdaytradingclub.com/account. The moment you cancel your account you will instantly cease to have access to the club and we will not be able to retrieve your user details. It is recommended that you cancel as close as possible to your next payment date in order to get the most out of the tools.

In the case of forced cancellation due to non-payment, there are several possible scenarios:

  • Payment failures due to insufficient funds: Cancellation will be effective after 3 automatic attempts by the stripe/paypal payment platforms and within 3 weeks from the date of the first failed payment.
  • Payment failures due to rejected card: The cancellation can be made effective before the 3 week deadline if it is proven that the payment has been rejected by the bank in a forced way in order to try to enjoy more time on the platform without making the payment.
  • Stopping automatic payments on Paypal: If the automatic payment profile on Paypal is stopped, the StopDayTradingClub account will automatically be cancelled.

LANGUAGE OR LANGUAGES IN WHICH THE CONTRACT IS CONCLUDED

All commercial communication with StopDayTradingClub, in order to be considered valid, must be made in neutral English. Any ambiguity due to differences in vocabulary in different geographical areas must be clarified.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract with StopDayTradingClub lasts from the activation of the membership through payment until cancellation by the user.

DIGITAL CONTENT FUNCTIONALITY

The StopDayTradingClub is not responsible for the functioning, at temporary or permanent moments, of third party tools accessible through subscription to the StopDayTradingClub.

Particularly for each section:

  • Data and Streamings
    • The StopDayTradingClub is not responsible for possible crashes or errors in the service by the included tools. The service may be temporarily down for maintenance and/or data updates. Failure of this service is not sufficient reason for a claim for refund of payment.
  • Support:
    • The Telegram group: users must install Telegram on their devices in order to access this group. The StopDayTradingClub is not responsible for possible crashes or errors in the service by Telegram.
    • The Discord group: users must install Discord on their devices in order to access this group. The StopDayTradingClub is not responsible for possible crashes or errors in the service by Discord.
